Just finished machining a pro-brace for the new XTM - XST Truggy. After assembly of the XST I did the "Chassis Flex Test" and it became apparent that the pro-brace is needed.
With the new smaller aluminum spur gear I was able to mount the pro-brace much lower than with the Mammoth ST. The center mount was a real challenge, but the solution worked out really well.
I made completely different mounts (7050 T7) for all the other stuff too. Servos, battery box, and receiver box are moved around to make the truggy more balanced, and nearly in-destructable. (just the way I like it)
I'll have pictures as soon as I polish the new pieces and get the XST all put back together.
