Mounting instructions: Use the following:

(6) 3mm .5 pitch X 20mm long screws / nuts
(8) 3mm .5 pitch X 10mm long screws / nuts

1) 3mm Drill Bit

1) Countersink

The Hinge Pin Retainers are as follows: #1 Front Outer(Smallest-thinnest one), #2 Front Inner(Has Rectangular screw reliefs on the flat triangular area), #3 Rear Inner(Has round screw reliefs on the flat triangular area), #4 Rear Outer(Slightly larger-thicker than the Front outer one)

1) Remove front and rear diff/suspension/tower assembly as a unit.

2) Remove stock xtm hinge blocks from diffs, and chassis.

3) Remove the servo-saver assembly.

4) Remove the engine.

5) Remove both rear cross braces and their hardware.

6) Install rcVisions.net hinge pin retainers onto the diff cases.

7) mount diff cases onto chassis with the original 4 screws .

8) mark, or scribe, or centerpunch the drilling hole locations on the chassis.( for the new hinge pin retainer hardware) Hole size is 3mm or equivalent.

9) Remove the diff assemblies revealing your marks on the chassis for drilling.

10) Centerpunch your marks, and Drill new chassis holes with a 3mm or equivalent 135º split point HSS bit or better.

11) countersink new chassis holes on bottom of chassis.

12) remove the two outer retainers from the diff case assemblies.

*Re-Install the Dog Bones Now!

13) Install both front and rear diff case asseblies with the "Inner" attached retainers onto chassis. Install and secure well. Install original diff mounting screws through bottom of chassis. No plastic cement is needed for the diff case's "plastic" screws.

14) Install both lower A-Arm Mammoth ST "Captured" style hinge pins into the arms, and into the "Inner" hinge pin retainers.

15) Install both outer hinge pin retainers and secure well.

16) If you are using an rcVisions.net Tower Brace System you may remove all stock Mammoth ST "cross bracing"

17) If you are not using the Tower Brace System you must re-install the stock cross bracing as follows:

* The inner rear Hinge Pin Retainer will interfere with the stock rear cross brace location. To remedy, swap the two rear cross braces and necessary hardware. The octagon style steel brace can then be shortened by turning the rod-ends to their limit. This will allow a new mounting location to clear the hinge pin retainer. The octagon steel brace will now be attatched to the center diff plate, and the other end will be ready to drill a new 3mm hole in the chassis for mounting.

The remaining rounded steel brace will attach to the chassis, and to the rear diff case with minor rod-end adjustment.

The front cross bracing will install in their original locations.

* The front bumper "Arms" if re-used will require minor cutting / shaving to mount to the front outer hinge pin retainer.

Your Done! Sounds like a lot of work, but if you follow these steps as written it will save you A LOT of time.
