1) Remove
front and rear diff/suspension/tower assembly as a unit.
2) Remove
stock xtm hinge blocks from diffs, and chassis.
3) Remove
the servo-saver assembly.
4) Remove
the engine.
5) Remove
both rear cross braces and their hardware.
6) Install
rcVisions.net hinge pin retainers onto the diff cases.

diff cases onto chassis with the original 4 screws .

or scribe, or centerpunch the drilling hole locations on the
chassis.( for the new hinge pin retainer hardware) Hole size
is 3mm or equivalent.
9) Remove
the diff assemblies revealing your marks on the chassis for drilling.

*Re-Install the Dog Bones Now!
13) Install

attached retainers onto chassis. Install and secure well. Install
original diff mounting screws through bottom of chassis. No plastic
cement is needed for the diff case's "plastic" screws.

* The
inner rear Hinge Pin Retainer will interfere with the stock rear
cross brace location. To remedy,
swap the two rear cross braces and necessary hardware. The octagon
style steel brace can then be shortened by turning the rod-ends
to their limit. This will allow a new mounting location to clear
the hinge pin retainer. The octagon steel brace will now be attatched
to the center diff plate, and the other end will be ready to
drill a new 3mm hole in the chassis for mounting.
The remaining rounded steel brace will
attach to the chassis, and to the rear diff case with minor rod-end
adjustment.
The front cross bracing will install
in their original locations.
* The front bumper "Arms"
if re-used will require minor cutting / shaving to mount to the
front outer hinge pin retainer.
